The City has to approve the listing before it goes on the website. If you are posting outsite City Hall hours, chances are that your listing is waiting for City approval. We will get to your listing as soon as we can, usually within 24 hours. Also, make sure you received a confirmation email about your listing. If you didn't receive the email, chances are your post didn't get to us. Try posting a second time to make sure. If there still is a problem, contact Environmental Services at (661) 222-7222 or via email at environment@santa-clarita.com and we will investigate the situation for you. |
